Founder & CEO - Pediatric Physical Therapist
Dr. Ashley Plummer, PT, DPT, PCS
Dr. Ashley Plummer is a licensed physical therapist and a board-certified clinical specialist in pediatric physical therapy. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2010. With over 14 years of experience, Ashley has dedicated her career to supporting children with special needs across diverse settings, including pediatric acute care, early intervention, and community-based therapy.Her professional journey includes working at Brooks Rehabilitation, Wolfson Children's Hospital, and Northeastern Early Steps, where she honed her skills in aquatic therapy, neuro-rehabilitation, early childhood development, and parent coaching. Ashley has also served as a clinical instructor and a professor at Keiser University in their Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program, sharing her knowledge and mentoring the next generation of physical therapy professionals. Ashley is a certified swim instructor through Starfish Aquatics Institute (SAI) and certified in the Adaptive Swim Whisperers® Program, Level 1 through Swim Angelfish®. Outside of work, Ashley is married to Daniel, whom she met in PT school, and is a proud mom to two sweet girls. When she’s not in the pool, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars, baking, and traveling.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Shelley Luke, MOT, OTR
Shelley Luke is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 14 years of experience specializing in pediatric care. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2010. Throughout her career, Shelley has supported children across various settings, including pediatric acute care, outpatient clinics, schools, and the neonatal intensive care unit.
Shelley’s professional journey has included roles at Brooks Rehabilitation, Wolfson Children's Hospital, and the Clay County School System. Her expertise spans working with children on the autism spectrum, neuro-recovery, behavior management, and individuals with Down syndrome, where she finds joy in helping each child reach their fullest potential.
Outside of her work, Shelley cherishes family life with her husband, Josh, her high school sweetheart, and their three children. She enjoys spending time on the water with her family, staying active in her church community, and caring for their beloved farm animals.
